CGG: Morgan Stanley stake above 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has informed the AMF that on 27 August 2018, via its subsidiaries, it has indirectly increased its stake in CGG to above 5% of its capital and voting rights.
It now holds 43,761,137 CGG shares, i.e. the same number of voting rights, or 6.26% of the group's capital and voting rights.
The breaking of these thresholds results from an increase in the number of CGG shares held in Morgan Stanley's Trading book.
