Elior: dividend approved at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior Group announces that its shareholders, who expressed their views at the combined general meeting, have approved all of the 27 resolutions proposed by the board of directors - in particular the payment of the dividend of 0.

They also approved the renewal of the mandates of Anne Busquet, Servinvest and Emesa Corporacion Empresarial as directors, and the appointment of Sofibim as director, subject to the resignation of BIM.
