Rexel: HSBC holding stake exceeds 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - On 2 July 2018, HSBC Holding Plc announced that, via the companies it controls, it indirectly increased its stake to above the thresholds of 5% of Rexel's capital and voting rights, indirectly holding 19,569,709 Rexel shares, representing as many voting rights, i.
e. 6.44% of the group's capital and voting rights.
This crossing of these thresholds results from an increase in the number of Rexel shares borrowed (5,000,000 shares as of 2 July 2018).
