Engie: acquisition of Conti Corporation
(CercleFinance.com) - Engie has announced an agreement to acquire the energy services company Conti Corporation, which is present in the US and canada, along with its subsidiaries Indicon Corporation, Ion Electric and Mcgilvray Mechanical.
This group provides services in construction, design, engineering and intallation of both heating and air conditioning, electrical and mechanical systems and digital networks, industrial control panels and systems.
The transaction, whose financial terms were not specified, is subject to several legal formalities, including approval by the Federal Trade Commission; it is expected to be finalised by early July.
