Engie: in exclusive talks for takeover of MCI.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday Engie reported in a statement that it has entered into exclusive talks for the acquisition of MCI, a French industrial and commercial refrigeration company.
Through its subsidiary Engie Axima, Engie intends to acquire MCI, although has not provided any financial details of this transaction, which remains subject to the approval of French competition authorities.
With around 1,100 employees, MCI generated sales of around 179 million euros last year.
