Eiffage: BlackRock raises stake

, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 1 March it raised its stake in Eiffage's capital to above the threshold of 10% and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 9,866,336 Eiffage shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. 10.07% of the group's capital and 8.72% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been exceeded due to a receipt of shares held as collateral.
