Christian Dior: results of Arnault group's simplified bid.

(CercleFinance.com) - At the end of the first period of the simplified takeover bid (OPAS) on Christian Dior, the Arnault family group received 36.
4 million shares on deposit. This represents 94.22% of the luxury group's capital and 96.52% of its voting rights.

The most popular option was the alternative bid, at 260 euros per Christian Dior share, to which 24.6 million shares were tendered.

As a result, as of 30 June the Arnault family group, in which Semyrhamis is the main vehicle, held 94.22% of the share capital and at least 96.52% of Christian Dior's voting rights.
