Vivendi: Board confirms several decisions
(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi's supervisory board met on Thursday, when a number of points were covered.
It first authorised the launch of share repurchase program amounting to 5% of the company's share capital at a maximum price of 25 euros per share, with a view to cancelling them.
It confirmed the opening of Universal Music Group's capital, which is currently underway.
Vivendi also confirmed the international development potential of Groupe Canal+.
