Capgemini: BlackRock increases stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 29 April it raised its stake in Capgemini's capital to above the thresholds of 5% of its voting rights and that is now holds 5.
