Veolia: BlackRock stake exceeds 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 3 January it raised its stake in Veolia's capital above the threshold of 5%, and that it now holds 5.
02% of the company's capital and 4.75% of its voting rights.
The asset manager said that this threshold has been crossed following the purchase of Veolia shares on the market, along with a receipt of shares held as collateral.
