Thales: contract with Belgocontrol extended.
(CercleFinance.com) - At the end of last week's Paris Air Show Belgocontrol announced an extension of its maintenance contract with Thales.
This contract concerns the Eurocat air traffic management system used by the Belgian public air traffic control operator. It concerns both the software and the hardware delivered by Thales.
The stronger collaboration with Thales enables direct and rapid intervention at Belgocontrol sites, Thales explained, which has for several years deployed an investment program in its systems and amongst its personnel to ensure the continuity of the services provided.
