Michelin: BlackRock raises stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 25 Aprril it raised its stake in Michelin's capital to above the threshold of 5% of its capital and that it now holds 5.
01% of the group's capital and 3.69% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the OTC purchase of Michelin shares and a receipt of shares held as collateral.
