Eurazeo: 2018 net attributable income reaches E251m
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo's Net Asset Value stood at 77.
5 euros per share (5,907 million euros) at 31 December 2018, up 4.2% compared to 31 December 2017 and up 5.7% adjusted for the dividend paid in 2018.
Eurazeo recorded 11.0% growth in economic revenue, which reached 5,809 million euros in 2018 (at constant Eurazeo scope and constant exchange rates). Adjusted EBITDA of fully-consolidated companies rose by 3.6% year-on-year to 575.4 million euros. Adjusted EBIT reached 396 million euros, down 3.4%.
Net income attributable to owners of the Company came in at 261 million euros in 2018, against a pro-forma result of 426 million euros in 2017.
Total assets under management reached 16.8 billion euros at 31 December 2018 (proforma of fundraising for Eurazeo Capital IV) up 10% compared to 2017. In 2018, the value of total assets under management increased by over 1.0 billion euros over the period.
