LVMH: proposed acquisition of Tiffany notified to Brussels
(CercleFinance.com) - LVMH confirms that it has received the European Commission's agreement to proceed with the official notification of the proposed acquisition of Tiffany, adding that it filed its application immediately after obtaining this approval.
It said that, "Eight of the ten requisite antitrust clearances have already been obtained. LVMH expects to receive approval from the European Commission and Taiwan well before the November 24, 2020 Outside Date".
