Pernod Ricard: FY profit from reurrent operations down 13.7%
(CercleFinance.com) - Pernod Ricard has reported net income Group share of 1,439 million euros for FY 2019-20, down 13%, with profit from recurrent operations (PRO) of 2,260 million euros, down 13.

The spirits group's FY sales reached 8,448 million euros, down 9.5% organically (-8% as reported), but the decrease in its underlying operating margin was limited to -131 basis points in organic terms.
A dividend of 2.66 euros was proposed to the AGM on 27 November. For FY 2020-21, Pernod Ricard anticipates an environment that will remain volatile and uncertain, its chairman and CEO Alexandre Ricard warned.
