Bouygues: Alstom's contribution to earnings falls
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues has said that, based on Alstom's publication this morning, its contribution to Bouygues' Q1 2019 net income amounted to 33 million euros, against a contribution of 73 million euros in the first quarter of 2018.
Alstom has published net income (group share) of 681 million euros for FY 2018-19, compared to 365 million euros the previous year, including exceptional net income from discontinued operations of 248 million euros, relating to the transaction with General Electric.
Alstom's board of directors has decided to propose a dividend of 5.50 euros per share at the group's AGM of 10 July. This would be detachable on 15 July and would be payable in cash from 17 July.
