Bouygues: Natixis stake exceeds 5% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - Natixis has informed the AMF that on 16 April it exceeded the threshold of 5% of Bouygues' voting rights and that on that date it held directly and indirectly, 6.
92% of the the conglomerate's capital and 5.17% of its voting rights.
This crossing of these thresholds results from the conclusion of financial contracts with physical and monetary settlement involving Bouygues shares. On this occasion, Natixis SA individually rose about the same threshold.
Natixis stated that on 26 April it now directly and indirectly holds 28,418,083 Bouygues shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. 7.65% of the group's capital and 5.71% of its voting rights.
