Vinci: starts to build 'The Link'
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci announces that it has begun to buildThe Link, Total's future headquarters in Paris La Défense business district, for which its owner Groupama and the energy group signed an off-plan lease on 14 March this year.
The works and improvements, carried out by Vinci Construction France, are set to last five years, at the end of which Total will take delivery of the building and will be a tenant for 12 years, renewable.
Located in the Michelet district of Paris La Défense, the project includes two towers linked on 30 levels by green walkways. Employees will have 130,000 m2 of office, restaurant, coworking and relaxation areas.
