Sopra Steria: AlphaValue double upgrades stock
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday AlphaValue upgraded Sopra Steria shares to "buy" (from "reduce"), raising its target price for them from E189 to E252 (cp about E192, +1%).
In a report, the broker points out that the acquisitions of CS Group, Tobania and Ordina will change boost the technology group's scope, enabling it to post annual sales growth of over 15%.
Beyond this simple scope effect, analysts say that these operations will enable the company to increase its geographical positioning in the Netherlands and Belgium while reducing its exposure to France and the UK, which was previously very high.
