Sopra Steria: acquisition of it-economics finalised
(CercleFinance.com) - Sopra Steria has announced that it has finalised the acquisition of it - economics, a German digital consulting company, a project it announced on 15 May.
The company has been integrated into Sopra Steria's consolidation scope as of 1 July.
Specialised in digital transformation, agile development, cloud services and large complex projects, in 2017 it-economics reported double-digit organic growth, with estimated sales of about 20 million euros.
