Nokia: to partner with Finland's Poyry and Infosys in AI
(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia will team up with Finnish engineering company Poyry and Indian consulting giant Infosys to accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence for sectors such as utilities and transportation, the company said on Monday.
Their data-driven framework will apply AI, cognitive/machine learning and machine-to-machine (M2M) capabilities to the industrial environment, addressing complex and expensive lifecycle management challenges.
The methodology identifies critical enterprise systems and assets to cut system maintenance costs and expensive shutdown operations, improving reliability and enhancing employee and environmental safety, Nokia said.
