Nokia: new senior notes to be listed in Dublin
(CercleFinance.com) - Finland's Nokia is selling 750 million euros worth of senior unsecured notes to be listed on Euronext Dublin.
The telecom gear maker has successfully issued a tranche of senior unsecured notes that will mature on 11 March 2026, with a fixed coupon of 2%.
Application has been made for the notes to be listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin as soon as today, Nokia said.
