E.ON.: new Supervisory Board Chairman

ON. announces that Erich Clementi, until now vice chairman of the supervisory board (since 2016), has been elected chairman of the supervisory board. He will thus succeed Karl-Ludwig Kley, who has decided not to seek re-election to the E.ON Supervisory Board.
Today, he says that E.ON is ideally positioned to play a decisive role in shaping the accelerated energy transition across Europe. Together with the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and all employees, we will continue on this course.
The General Meeting of Shareholders also elected Nadège Petit as a new member of the Supervisory Board of E.ON SE.
