ABB: partners Ericsson in Thailand
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday ABB and Ericsson announced the signing of a partnership in Thailand to equip ABB customers with Ericsson's 5G technologies.
Under the terms of the agreement, Ericsson will become ABB's "preferred partner" in the country for connectivity applications, an alliance that will lead them to collaborate on a number of digital transformation projects at corporate customers.
In 2019, the two groups had laid the groundwork for cooperation in automation systems and wireless communications, with a view to benefiting from the opportunities offered by the digitisation of companies and market trends.
