Bombardier: sells Mexican assets to France's Latecoere
(CercleFinance.com) - France's Latécoère and Canada's Bombardier have announced the finalisation of an agreement for Latécoère to acquire the Electrical Wiring and Interconnection Systems in Queretaro, Mexico.
The French group will make a payment of 50 million dollars to the Canadian group for this business which employs around 700 qualified professionals and generates annual sales of around 80 million dollars.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close in the first half of 2020.
