Vonovia: targets EBITDA of E2.7bn to E2.8bn in 2025
(CercleFinance.com) - Vonovia has posted adjusted EBITDA of around E2.
6bn for 2024, with the rental business contributing 91% of overall earnings. Adjusted EBT of E1.8bn was slightly below the previous year's figure.
Organic rental growth came in at 4.1%, exceeding the previous year's figure. Core rental activities contributed almost E2.4bn to overall EBITDA, almost the same level as in 2023.
Vonovia completed a total of 3,747 new residential units in 2024. The group will launch around 3,000 new units in the current financial year.
For 2025, Vonovia is targeting adjusted EBITDA of E2.7bn to E2.8bn. Adjusted EBT should be between E1.75bn and E1.85bn.
Vonovia expects adjusted EBITDA of between E3.2bn and E3.5bn in 2028, up around 30% from 2024.
