Interparfums: Oddo BHF still on hold
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF maintains its 'neutral' rating on Interparfums shares, with an unchanged target price of E49.
Interparfums has announced that its exclusive worldwide licensing agreement with Coach (which includes just over 12 fragrances and now represents 21% of its sales) has been extended for a further five years.
The license was originally obtained in June 2015, for 11 years (expiring June 2026). The group specifies that two new major extensions to the Coach line will see the light of day in 2025, enabling the brand to continue its global development in the perfume world.
The next major milestone will be 2029-2030 for the Monblanc and Jimmy Choo licenses, the broker says.
Oddo BHF says that this license extension is therefore 'necessarily positive'. The analyst therefore believes that "the share should react well and move closer to E45.
