
Voltalia: corporate governance reorganised
(CercleFinance.com) - Renewable energies group Voltalia announces a strengthening of its governance, reorganised around a new seven-member executive committee and with the appointment of Yoni Ammar as deputy managing director.
Yoni Ammar takes over the management of energy development, production & sales activities for the Europe, Latin America, Africa & International regions. He has been Director of the Europe, Africa & International regions for the past year.
Laurent Pillot is now responsible for France, Overseas France and Portugal, and CFO Sylvine Bouan is also in charge of project finance, corporate finance and M&A with the Finance and Investment teams.
Robert Klein has also appointed an Asset Management & Performance Director, Amaury Neto, whose role will be to support Asset Owners, work on improving asset performance, standardise processes and develop digital innovation.
