In total, over 4,000 major brands and publishers worldwide use Lotame to optimize their large-scale campaigns with precision.
The combination of Lotame's data and ID assets with Publicis Groupe's 2.3 billion global profiles will enable clients to address 91% of adult Internet users through personalized, large-scale communications.
Under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Andy Monfried, Lotame will be integrated into Epsilon, making it available to all Publicis clients and employees to enhance their large-scale personalized marketing expertise.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close early in Q2 2025.
