Group EBITA reached E712.1m in 2024, up 21.9%. Its EBITA margin was 7.2%, up 50bp on 2023.
Adjusted net income came to E420m (+22.0% vs. 2023). Net income (group share) came to E273.2m in 2024 (vs. E238.5m in 2023), up +14.5%.
Free cash flow has reached new heights, at a record of E570.1m in 2024, compared with E426.8m in 2023.
In 2025, Spie is targeting strong total growth, taking the Group's production well above the 10 billion euro mark, with continued organic growth and sustained bolt-on acquisition activity, and further expansion of its EBITA margin.
