6% increase in net income (group share) to E251m for 2024, with an operating margin up 3% to E564.7m, i.e. a margin of 9.8% (+0.4 point from 2023).
The IT services group's sales totaled E5.78bn, i.e. a limited decline of 0.5% on both a gross and organic basis, as a negative scope effect was offset by a positive currency effect.
Sopra Steria will propose to the Annual General Meeting on 21 May the distribution of a stable dividend of E4.65 per share for the past financial year. The ex-dividend date will be 3 June, with the dividend payable from 5 June.
The group's targets for 2025 include an operating margin of between 9.3% and 9.8%, and organic sales growth of between -2.5% and +0.5%.
