Pernod Ricard: E800m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Pernod Ricard announces that it has completed a seven-year, euro-denominated bond issue for E800m, the net proceeds of which will be used for general corporate purposes.
Favourable market conditions and a positive response from investors enabled the bonds to be placed at a coupon of 3.25%. They have been placed with qualified investors, and application will be made for their admission to listing on Euronext Paris.
