BASF: builds plant in Dahej, India
(CercleFinance.com) - BASF India Limited announces that construction has begun on a new plant in Dahej, India, to increase production capacity for its Cellasto microcellular polyurethane.
Part of BASF's 'Winning Ways' strategy, the facility will incorporate state-of-the-art technologies and automation systems to ensure high standards of safety and quality.
Operational in H2 2026, it will initially include a new molding line to meet the growing demand of the Indian market.
This expansion is designed to support original equipment manufacturers and strengthen Cellasto's position as a preferred partner for noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) reduction solutions.
