Airbus: Deutsche Bank lowers its price target

(CercleFinance.com) - Deutsche Bank announced on Monday that it has lowered its target price for Airbus from E187 to E183, while reiterating its buy recommendation on the stock.

Following last week's 2024 annual results published the aircraft manufacturer, the broker said that it has reduced its 2025-2027 earnings estimates for the group to take account of the forthcoming integration of Spirit's activities.

We remain convinced of the Group's ability to continue generating FCF, with the possibility of implementing a bolder capital allocation policy, the analyst says.

At the same time, production of the A220 family should continue to increase in 2025, while A320 production should also accelerate between now and H1, with the improved availability of CFM engines.
