Eutelsat: Board shakeup
(CercleFinance.com) - Eutelsat has announced changes to its Board of Directors, with the resignations of four current members: Mia Brunell, Esther Gaide, Cynthia Gordon and Fleur Pellerin.
In addition, Michel Combes, CEO of consulting firm MC Advisory, has just been appointed as an independent director for a term running until the next Annual General Meeting, when he will be proposed for a full term.
Dominique D'Hinnin has also announced his wish to step down as Chairman and member of the Board. The Appointments and Governance Committee will initiate the required selection procedure for a successor to the chairmanship.
