Eiffage: E29m contract with Bordeaux University Hospital
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction (leader), has announced that it has won the design-build contract for the Bordeaux University Hospital's Institute of Biology and Pathology on the Haut-Lévêque hospital site in Pessac.
The total contract value is E50.8m (Eiffage share E29m).
With a floor area of 16,460 m², the project will link the logistics hub to the north and the cardiology and care buildings to the south.
The new institute will bring together CHU laboratories, offices and storage areas around a central patio.
The design phase has just begun, and work will start in September 2025. It will last 29 months, with completion scheduled for 2028.
