AMS Osram: Q4 sales flat
(CercleFinance.com) - Sales were fairly flat sequentially at E882m in Q4 2024, above the middle of its guidance range of E810m to E910m.
Sales were penalized by cyclical weakness in semiconductor activities in Automotive and I&M and a certain end-of-life of OEM module activities in Lamps & Systems, the group says.
Sales were E3.43bn and adjusted EBITDA margin was 16.8% in FY 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA totaled E150m in Q4 2024, giving an adjusted EBITDA margin of 17.0%, above the mid-point of the indicative range of 15% to 18%.
The group's adjusted EBIT margin was 6.8%. Adjusted EBIT amounted to E60m.
Adjusted net income amounted to E3m in Q4 2024, compared with a loss of E16m a year ago and E37m in Q3.
The group expects FCF to exceed E100m in FY 2025.
