
Saint-Gobain: acquires FOSROC
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain announces that it has completed the acquisition, as announced on 27 June 2024, of FOSROC, a construction chemicals player with a strong geographic presence, particularly in India, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
With 20 production plants and around 3,000 employees, the acquired company generated estimated sales of $487m in 2024, with average annual growth of around 11% since 2021.
FOSROC supplies a wide range of technical solutions for the construction industry, including admixtures and additives for concrete and cement, adhesives and glues, waterproofing, concrete repair and flooring solutions.
