
BNP Paribas: interim dividend in late September
(CercleFinance.com) - Coinciding with the publication of its annual results, BNP Paribas reports that its Board of Directors has decided in principle to introduce a half-yearly interim dividend starting in 2025, to be paid towards the end of September.
The banking group specifies that this first interim dividend would be paid depending on the current financial year and calculated on the basis of 50% of net EPS for H1 2025, in line with its cash distribution policy.
Note that this morning BNP Paribas published EPS of E9.57 for FY 2024, and plans to pay a dividend of E4.79. In addition, a E1.08bn share buyback program will be launched in Q2 2025.
