Adidas: UBS raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS reiterates its buy recommendation on the stock and raises its target price for it to E289 (from E280), representing a 13% upside potential.
In our view, adidas can maintain sales momentum of around 10% beyond 2025, with a recovery in market share in North America, and achieve a Group EBIT margin in excess of 10%, UBS says.
The solid Q4 results validate the strategy implemented by Bjorn Gulden, who has been at the helm of the Group since 2022. Bjorn Gulden was positive about his Group, which he sees gaining share in all its markets.
