Ford: US sales down 6.3% in January
(CercleFinance.com) - Ford has announced that it sold a total of 142,944 vehicles in the US in January 2025, down 6.
3% y-o-y.
In detail, sales of hybrid vehicles rose by 19.2% to 13,295 vehicles, while sales of electric vehicles increased by 21.2% to 5,666 units. Finally, sales of internal combustion engine cars fell by 9.4% to 123,983 units.
Finally, sales in the van/truck segment (Trucks) rose by 3.4% to 83,458 units, while sales in the SUV segment fell by 16.2% to 57,087 units, and those in the 'Cars' segment fell by 36.4% to 2,399 units.
