Siemens Energy: 18% rise in quarterly sales

(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens Energy announces that its start to fiscal year 2025 has been marked by a strong performance, with pre-tax free cash flow exceeding expectations.


As a result, the company expects to exceed its current pre-tax free cash flow target for fiscal 2025 of E1bn, and to update this forecast at the time of its interim results.

Preliminary Q1 2025 results show that new orders totaled E13.66bn (-10.2% y-o-y), with sales of E8.94bn, above consensus (E8.49bn) and up +18.4% y-o-y.

Earnings came to E463m (vs. E1.878bn, including exceptional gains, in 2024).

Finally, pre-tax free cash flow stood at E1.52bn (vs. -E283m in 2024).

Full Q1 results will be published on 12 February 2025.
