Crédit Agricole: creation of GAC-Sofinco Leasing
(CercleFinance.com) - CA Personal Finance & Mobility, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, has completed its planned acquisition of a 50% stake in GAC Leasing, which will become GAC-Sofinco Leasing, the leasing company of the Chinese manufacturer Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC Group).
With this new joint venture, CA Personal Finance & Mobility will start offering financial and operational leasing solutions on the Chinese market this year, thus promoting the deployment of electric vehicles in China.
This equally-owned company operates throughout China, offering vehicle financing and services to the GAC-Honda, GAC-Toyota, AION, HYPTEC and GAC Motor networks, serving over 3,000 dealerships.
