Ericsson: UBS still a seller following results

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS maintains its Sell rating, due to limited upside, a margin spike and a widening valuation gap with Nokia, the analyst points out.
UBS also leaves its target price unchanged at 57 SEK (cp: 85.5 SEK, +0.8%).

Ericsson's Q4 revenues were in line with the consensus, while EBITA was around 8%-10% below consensus. Based on comments on the outlook, we expect minor changes compared with the 2025E/26E consensus, UBS says.

Ericsson reported token 2024 EPS of 0.01 SEK, although better than a loss of 7.94 SEK per share the previous year. It will propose a dividend increase of over 5% to 2.85 SEK per share at its AGM.
