Ryanair: Q3 net income skyrockets tenfold

(CercleFinance.com) - Ryanair shares are up nearly 4% in Dublin, after the low-cost airline published net profit of E149m for Q3 2024-25, i.
e. a tenfold increase on the figure posted a year earlier.

The Irish group's revenues increased 10% to E2.96bn, with traffic up 9% to 44.9 million passengers carried, as well as marginally higher fares, thanks to strong bookings for the festive season.

However, cautioning that it will not be taking advantage of Easter (20 April) this year for its Q4, Ryanair is cautiously forecasting annual net income of E1.55bn to E1.61bn, for traffic that is expected to approach 200 million passengers (+9%).
