Ryanair: record summer schedule from Dublin
(CercleFinance.com) - Ryanair announces its record summer schedule for Dublin, comprising 123 routes, including a new connection to Rabat and 18 additional connections to Faro, Ibiza, Malta, Milan and Valencia.
The airline says this is the first time it has been able to increase capacity at Dublin Airport since the IAA imposed a traffic limit in May 2024.
Ryanair's successful appeal to the High Court resulted in the traffic limit being suspended for summer 2025.
The suspension, combined with reduced airport charges for new-generation aircraft, will enable Ryanair to boost traffic and tourism in Ireland this summer with its more modern, quieter and less polluting aircraft.
Ryanair will thus increase its Dublin-based fleet to 34 aircraft (an investment of $3.4 billion) for summer 2025, including the addition of 14 new Boeing 'Gamechanger' aircraft reducing CO2 emissions and noise by 16% and 40% respectively.
