
Bureau Veritas: agreement for acquisition in Italy
(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Contec AQS and its two subsidiaries Exenet and PMPI.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March, once the usual conditions have been met, including regulatory approvals.
Contec AQS, Exenet and PMPI provide comprehensive services and technical expertise in building and infrastructure in Italy. They employ around 190 experts and are expected to generate sales of almost E30m in 2024.
This acquisition is in line with our objective of extending our leadership in the infrastructure sector in Europe, as set out in our LEAP | 28 strategy, Bureau Veritas management said.
