Eni: Plenitude invests in two solar power plants in US
(CercleFinance.com) - Plenitude announces that, via its subsidiary Eni New Energy US Inc.
it has signed an agreement with EDP Renewables North America to acquire a 49% stake in two operational photovoltaic power plants and a storage facility under construction in California.
These infrastructures, comprising the Sandrini 100 and 200 solar farms and the Sandrini BESS storage system, represent a total capacity of 499 MWp, of which Plenitude owns 245 MWp.
This acquisition strengthens the company's presence in the US, bringing its installed capacity there to around 1.7 GW.
