Engie: reorganised into four global business units
(CercleFinance.com) - Engie announces its reorganisation into four GBUs Renewable & Flex Power, Networks, Local Energy Infrastructures, and Supply & Energy Management, headed respectively by Paulo Almirante, Cécile Prévieu, Frank Lacroix and Edouard Neviaski.
All four will be members of the Executive Committee, which will also include six other CEOs from 1 February, under the leadership of the energy group's CEO, Catherine MacGregor.
She says that Engie needs to strengthen synergies within the group and capitalize on the expertise of all our teams around the world. Perimeter adjustments at GBU level will contribute to this dynamic.
