Voltalia: starts building project in Colombia

Powered by over 33,000 solar panels, it is backed by a 15-year contract dedicated to private-sector buyers. It will cover the annual electricity consumption of over 40,000 inhabitants, avoiding the emission of around 23,000 tonnes of CO2 per year.
